What sets the price of a 3D render?
The price of a 3D render comes from the scope of the job, not from a unit price list. The cost of the same image varies widely with the number of views, interior or exterior, whether you already have a 3D model, resolution and the number of revision rounds. That is why we do not publish a fixed list; instead we write the factors out so you can see what each line of a quote corresponds to.
- Number of images (views): every extra view means camera, lighting and render time; extra views from the same model, however, lower the unit cost.
- Model status: if you already have a 3D model the job goes straight to light-material-render; with only DWG/PDF drawings, modeling comes first.
- Space type and detail: modeling and texture effort differ across exterior, interior, floor plan and product renders.
- Resolution and variants: 4K/8K output, day/night and material alternatives require extra render time.
- Revision rounds: included rounds and the definition of extra work are written into the quote.
- Delivery schedule: urgent requests outside the normal schedule affect planning.

Architectural rendering prices
Architectural rendering prices change most with the number of views and model detail. In exterior renders facade materials, surrounding buildings and landscape; in interior renders furniture and decor density are the main cost items. Day/night variants, 4K/8K output and revision rounds are added on top.

Product rendering prices
Product rendering prices depend on the number of products and variants. Modeling a single product can take effort; but because hundreds of color/material variants come from the same model, cost per image falls markedly on many-SKU jobs. glTF/USDZ output for AR/web is written as a separate item.

Interior and furniture rendering prices
In interior rendering the cost is set by floor area, furniture and decor density, special materials (marble, wood veneer, fabric) and number of views. 3D floor plan price
The 3D floor plan price is set by the number of floors and unit types, decoration level and number of views (top-down, section, eye-level). The right ways to lower the budget
If you see a very low quote, ask what was cut: resolution, revisions or model accuracy? To lower the budget without giving up quality you can manage the scope like this:
- limit views to the strongest 2-3 angles,
- share your ready 3D model,
- start with a single time of day instead of day and night,
- combine several products or units into one bulk job.
