Industrial Modeling

In short

Industrial modeling brings engineering accuracy together with visual clarity. From machinery and equipment to production lines, reverse engineering to medical devices, we produce technically correct, production- and presentation-ready 3D models. In an industrial model aesthetics are secondary; dimensions, tolerances and function must be represented correctly first.

Overview

Why Industrial Modeling makes the difference

In an industrial model aesthetics are secondary; dimensions, tolerances and function must be represented correctly first. Starting from technical drawings, CAD data or a physical part, we build digital twins that respect assembly relationships, moving mechanisms and manufacturing constraints.

These models are not only visual; they form the basis for technical animation, mechanical simulation, prototyping and AR/VR training scenarios. An animation that explains how a complex mechanism works in seconds beats pages of manuals.

Why us

Errors are expensive in industry. A model validated digitally before production catches design flaws early, clarifies assembly and maintenance, and lowers sales and training costs.

FAQ

Industrial Modeling — frequently asked

Do you model from CAD data?

Yes — we process STEP, IGES and common CAD formats and produce optimized versions for visualization, animation or real-time engines.

Do you do reverse engineering?

Yes, we convert existing physical parts into digital 3D models from measurements and references.

Can you show how mechanisms work?

Yes, with technical animation and mechanical simulation we visualize assembly, motion and operation step by step.

Frequently asked questions

Is the machine model built to real dimensions? Yes. Body, joints and motion limits follow the supplied dimensions, so the model can also be used for layout planning and clash checking.

Can motion and animation be produced too? Yes. Once the axis chain is rigged the machine can play its real cycle; assembly, feeding or maintenance steps can be explained through animation.

What files do I need to send for Industrial Modeling? Technical drawings, a dimension list, a CAD file, photos or sketches — we start with whatever you have. If none exist, a model can still be built from reference images and measurements.

Which formats is the model delivered in? OBJ, FBX, STL, glTF and USDZ are provided, plus an optimized low-poly version for game engines (Unity, Unreal, WebGL).
