3. Portfolio and Confidentiality

The portfolio section contains only selected works for which explicit sharing permission was obtained from our clients. The majority of our work is confidential under non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) signed between the parties. All rights to the works shown remain with their respective owners and may not be used without permission.

4. Service Information and Quotes

Service descriptions on the site are for information purposes and do not constitute a binding offer. The scope, timeline and price of each project are determined on a per-project basis by mutual agreement, via the request form or direct contact.

5. Limitation of Liability

Reasonable care is taken to keep the site content current and accurate; however, the uninterrupted or error-free nature of the content is not guaranteed. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site. No compensation obligation arises from temporary technical interruptions to site access.
