Getting 3D modeling done for a not-yet-announced product, a design pending a patent application, or a defense industry project that must stay closed to competitors carries a confidentiality risk. 3D modeling under NDA is how we reduce that risk contractually.

Project files are accessible only to the team members directly working on them.

Which projects do we recommend NDA for?
Pre-launch product designs, inventions in the patent/utility-model application process, defense and public-sector projects, and investor decks for a funding round not yet closed are the areas where working under NDA is most often requested. Even if you do not ask, if your project's nature calls for confidentiality we do not hesitate to suggest it.

Does signing an NDA cost extra or delay the project?
No, signing an NDA carries no extra fee; it is usually completed quickly before the project starts.
Do you prepare the NDA or do we?
Either works; you can send your own NDA template or use our standard mutual confidentiality agreement.
Are files deleted after the project ends?
On request, we destroy or hand over working files after delivery as specified in the agreement.
What happens to our files once an NDA project ends?
On request, once the project is complete and delivery is confirmed, we confirm in writing that we have deleted intermediate files (draft models, temporary renders, shared reference images); the final delivered files remain with you.
