Can a 3D model be produced from a floor plan? Yes. A DWG, PDF or scaled plan image is enough; with storey heights and facade information the massing and envelope are built.
Are interiors and exteriors handled separately? Depending on the need. Exterior presentation focuses on massing and materials; interior work requires furniture, lighting and texture detail.
